Before Microsoft provides access to these emails, please confirm the following: Your organization agrees that: (a) Your organization will handle these emails with reasonable care, in accordance with applicable laws and in an environment that is at least as secure as its own email environment; and (b) Your organization affirmatively confirms that it is the current owner of each and every tenant for which our organization has requested access to emails from such tenant(s).
